1 stretch your calf and solius by putting you hands on the bar, and putting one foot in front of you and one behind and bend the front knee, if you are not feeling a strong enough stretch more the foo in the back further, hold for thirty seconds then bend the back knee as well, just enough until you feel a stretch, it prob won
